Bookstore memberships are $219.99 per year, and Associate
memberships are $269.00 per year. These include one full
registration to the annual meeting and trade show.
Memberships alone are $95.00 for either Bookstore or
Associate members. Memberships are for the fiscal
year running July 1 to June 30.
Dues should be paid by July 31.
**Pro-rated dues are not available for partial year registration.
